Gravitas Patient From Isle of Man Featured On ITV News

A Gravitas patient who lost nearly 23 stone after weight loss surgery was featured in an ITV news report today. In the Granada special, Isle of Man resident Martin Blackburn describes how life was ‘pretty miserable’ before a duodenal switch procedure performed by Gravitas surgeon David Kerrigan helped him lose 75% of his body weight in just two years. “Doctors warned me I might die if I didn’t lose weight,” says Martin, who used to weigh 37 stone.
